Measuring Leadership Programs Impact and Applicability

This project was developed for Prof. Joe McIntire's Designing Surveys and Questionnaires: Principles and Methods class during the Spring of 2023.

This questionnaire is designed to assess the applicability and impact of a leadership development program for first-time managers taken by 60 employees of different divisions of Company X.
The company contracted a third-party provider to design and deliver the program in collaboration with its Learning and Development (L&D) team. As the cohort comes to an end, the Company’s leadership team and its L&D division would like to conduct this survey to determine the continuation of the program and any relevant changes needed to the content and delivery format.
